Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by managing and optimizing the sales processes and workflows
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Assist in the creation and management of sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and presentations
• Coordinate and support training programs for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge
• Monitor and manage sales KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales compensation plans
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Familiarity with sales compensation structures and planning
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
