Requirements

  • 1 year + of experience in sales, business development, or fintech-related roles
  • Strong interest in fintech, payments, and the PSP industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • Ability to visit regular events in EU

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in the fintech and payments industry
  • Support lead generation activities through research, outreach, and prospecting via various channels
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate business development activities
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
  • Work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
  • Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, and technical departments, to support client onboarding and service delivery
  • Regularly attend conferences
