Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the product, its features, and its core value proposition
  • Provide personalized support to help users maximize the product’s value during the trial period
  • Guide users through actions and features within the product correlated with conversion success
  • Monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to activation
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to individual user needs
  • Effectively communicate the product’s value proposition and address any user objections
  • Facilitate subscription starts by guiding users through the payment process
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
