Join Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, as a Sales Support Specialist to support the sales efforts of the Fever for Business (F4B) team. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage inbound inquiries, and assist in lead generation. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and sales skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to contribute to F4B's growth. Responsibilities include owning group sales for Fever events, understanding event dynamics and target segments, working with PMs to drive large group sales, managing incoming group requests, supporting customer purchases, processing payments and ticketing, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a structured approach to work, fluency in French and English, the ability to work independently and remotely, and preferred experience in customer service or sales support. Requirements

- Languages: French must, English must, other languages desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Responsibilities
- Own groups sales for a list of Fever events
- Understand each event dynamics, target segments and sales options for groups
- Work with PMs to drive large groups sales, helping them with feedback and recommendations
- Close and process sales from large groups inbound requests
- Manage incoming group requests via mail, phone, chat, etc. from customers
- Support customers when trying to buy group tickets, solving questions and inquiries
- Process payments and ticketing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role is preferred
