Summary

Join our team as a Remote Sales Representative for Corrugated Packaging & Capital Equipment! This fully remote position offers a base salary plus commission, transitioning to full commission within 24 months. We are seeking motivated sales professionals with proven success in corrugated packaging or capital equipment sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with B2B sales experience and strong presentation skills. We provide a laptop, company phone, corporate card, and mileage reimbursement. Candidates must live within 100 miles of specified locations and be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of corrugated packaging sales experience
• Box locations require experience in capital equipment sales
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
• Strong presentation skills for both internal and client-facing communication
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• No current or future visa sponsorship required

Responsibilities

• Adapt to market conditions and business drivers that influence long-term commercial strategies
• Leverage internal resources to stay ahead of competitive and industry trends
• Evaluate and adjust pricing within accounts to drive profitable collaboration
• Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts aligned with market demand
• Achieve and exceed KPIs across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Track profitability against budget and analyze monthly financial performance
• Negotiate and manage multi-year contractual agreements
