Sales Trainee

Summary

Join Intermex Wire Transfer as a Sales Trainee and embark on a journey to learn the intricacies of their software product line, technologies, and sales strategies. You will gain valuable experience in prospecting, generating new revenue, and signing new retailers through in-person B2B sales tactics. This role will equip you with the knowledge and skills to utilize Intermex's Point of Sale product, track sales data, and create weekly sales plans. You will also learn to deliver compelling product presentations and participate in job rotations across various departments, including FP&A, Accounting, Compliance, Digital, and IT.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish is a must
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, International Business and/or Economics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Learn how to Prospect and generate new revenue sales by signing new retailers through in-person B2B sales tactics
• Learn Intermex's Point of Sale product that delivers services such as International Wire Transfers, Bill Payments, Check Cashing and Top Up services
• Learn to utilize our robust in-house built Sales Platform to track gross margins, sales, data and areas of opportunity in assigned territory
• Learn to create and follow weekly sales plans including daily prospecting visits to retailers
• Learn to deliver product presentations by demonstrating an industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services on POS and Digital channels
• Participate in job rotation in the following departments FP&A
• Accounting
• Compliance
• Digital
• IT
