Summary

Join Storable as a Salesforce Admin to maintain and enhance our Salesforce platform. You will manage user setups, configure Salesforce objects, automate business processes using tools like Flow Builder, and ensure data integrity. Responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, staying updated on Salesforce releases, and collaborating with other teams. You will also maintain development environments, adhere to CI/CD processes, and thoroughly document system processes. This role requires 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, and Salesforce Administrator Certification. The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in SQL, experience with integration tools, and a deep understanding of data modeling and security best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Screen Flows, and automation tools
• Expert spreadsheet skills for data cleanup and wrangling
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Manage user setup, profiles, permissions, and security settings
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning components, and validation rules
• Automate complex business processes using declarative tools like Flow Builder
• Ensure data integrity throughout the system
• Develop reports and dashboards for business insights
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features
• Maintain Salesforce development environments and ensure CI/CD processes are strictly adhered to
• Collaborate with other technical and non-technical roles throughout the department
• Document and communicate system processes thoroughly

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or Zapier
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, deduplication strategies, and security best practices
