Summary
Join HealthJoy's Revenue Operations Team as a Salesforce Administrator and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing, award-winning healthcare technology company. You will leverage your expertise to manage and optimize HealthJoy's Salesforce platform, driving key business initiatives. Daily responsibilities include platform administration, report development, operational requests, process improvement, and user training. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS environment. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Sales-adjacent tech stacks and Salesforce certifications. Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience , including at least 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or software environment
- Exceptional ability to understand business processes and build scalable solutions within Salesforce
- Experience with data imports, reports and dashboards, validation rules, custom configurations, and Salesforce Flows (Scheduled, Triggered, etc.); knowledge of Apex/Triggers is a plus
- Self driven and able to effectively manage projects through to completion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required for collaboration with global teams
- Must be available to work US core hours from 9am - 2pm CST
- Must be available to work US hours (flexible on East, Central, Mountain or West time zones within the US)
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and management of HealthJoyβs Salesforce platform in order to drive key business initiatives
- Daily administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles and roles, Salesforce Flows, custom fields, validation rules, Lightning record pages, page layouts, permission sets, and managing queues and groups
- Develop reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and other departments
- Manage operational requests such as updating data fields, user analysis and troubleshooting
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve services, automate tasks, increase availability, and wow our internal customers
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new users
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sales-adjacent tech stacks such as Gainsight, CPQ, Outreach, Maxio, Zoominfo, & Hubspot
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Startup experience is a plus!
