Summary
Join Jenzabar's Enterprise Systems team as a Salesforce Administrator! Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Manager, you will manage the daily operation of the Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and DocuSign CLM. You will design, build, test, and configure solutions on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with a cross-functional team. This key role requires managing user licenses, configuring Salesforce settings, and maintaining the CPQ environment. You will also integrate with other enterprise systems, provide end-user support, and stay current with Salesforce releases. Requirements
- Possess Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Manage the setup and data elements of our CPQ environment and integration
- Manage sandbox environment and be familiar with change sets or other deployment tools
- Manage OwnBackup solution and disaster recovery process
- Integrate, troubleshoot, and fix issues between Salesforce and other Enterprise Systems using the Celigo platform
- Assist with the management of the HubSpot platform
- Support Sales enablement tools including, but not limited to, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seismic
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Manage data using RingLead and integrated Salesforce tools to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Provide exceptional end user support to business users
- Maintain knowledge of the latest Salesforce releases and test compatibility with our environment
- Be willing to learn and at times share with and train other members of the IT team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Possess proven ability to consider upstream and downstream impact for changes proposed to the Salesforce platform
- Have other Salesforce certifications (App Builder, Advanced Administrator, CPQ, etc.)
- Have CPQ experience
- Have DocuSign CLM experience
- Possess ability and willingness to learn new systems and skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
