Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing highly technical teams
  • 7+ years of experience working within a Salesforce environment
  • 7+ years of experience working within technology/SaaS
  • Hands-on Salesforce administrator experience
  • Required 1 certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder
  • Prior experience working in an Agile environment
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Prior experience working with technical resources (Architects, Developers, Admins)
  • Prior experience working and managing in a Salesforce consulting environment
  • Prior experience managing a team in a high-growth environment
  • Strong task and client management skills
  • Prior experience managing client escalations, having strategic alignment conversations, and conflict resolution at an executive level
  • Ability to work with and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience within high-tech SaaS project management experience, including gathering requirements from the client, tracking and planning projects, and working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Proven ability to demonstrate and drive for results and accountability of business needs

Responsibilities

  • Create training, development, and career progression programs for team members
  • Foster a collaborative environment for team members to learn, grow, and challenge one another
  • Create clear lines of communication and foster a strong working relationship that supports the success of the individual Pod team members
  • Navigate interpersonal situations objectively, partnering with People Operations to administer coaching plans when needed
  • Champion diversity, equity, and belonging to create an inclusive environment for all teammates
  • Provide continuous and actionable feedback and act as a sounding board for wins, losses, and lessons learned
  • Partner with People Operations to identify, hire, and retain team members
  • Break down internal barriers to deliver high-quality work
  • Contribute to Delivery-related projects that help build a scalable environment
  • Monitor both work quantity and quality for Pods
  • Develop vision, strategy, and roadmap for the customer journey
  • Act as the first point of escalation and contact for clients to support team members
  • Help create and monitor customer experience metrics such as CSAT and Client Retention
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team and Delivery consultants on supporting pre-sales activities
  • Contribute to Kicksaw at a leadership level, be an advocate of our brand, and help Kicksaw grow and scale
  • Act as a steward of Kicksaw’s finances by managing Pods as profit centers, keeping track of client discounts, lost revenue, and profit and loss (P&L)
  • Strive for the best at the individual, team, and company level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working and managing in a Salesforce consulting environment
  • Experience managing a team in a high growth environment
  • Additional Salesforce certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
