Summary

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions to support business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, configure and maintain Salesforce features, perform testing, and stay updated on platform updates. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer are required. Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies is essential. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define Salesforce solution architecture
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Customize and extend Salesforce functionality through the development of custom Lightning web components, Apex triggers, batch processes, and integrations with external systems
• Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using best practices and tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends, and proactively recommend enhancements and best practices to optimize Salesforce implementations

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder are a plus
