Summary

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions to support business objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define Salesforce solution architecture
  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Customize and extend Salesforce functionality through the development of custom Lightning web components, Apex triggers, batch processes, and integrations with external systems
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure optimal performance and user experience
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using best practices and tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends, and proactively recommend enhancements and best practices to optimize Salesforce implementations

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder are a plus
