Salesforce Developer

Summary

Join NeuraFlash as a Salesforce Developer and bring Salesforce project implementations to life. Work directly with customers to understand their needs, design solutions, and develop using various technologies like Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning Components. Contribute to internal product development, building major components of our internal product. This role offers significant contributions to our success by working with a talented team and exciting customers. You will need 3+ years of project experience and 2+ years of Salesforce development experience. A BS in a technical field or equivalent is required. The role offers remote and in-person work options, flexibility, and a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years project experience in a hands on technical position
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
• Has worked on multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
• Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our customers to define requirements and present and deliver solutions
• Responsible for architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies to build customised solutions
• Lead technical design sessions with customers and project team
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team on them

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud
• Any Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications
• Understanding of Service Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, Snap-In’s
• Hands-on experience on any JavaScript technologies like Node, Angular, React
