Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Aura, and SOQL
- Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git
- Strong technical aptitude to translate plans into functional, scalable solutions
- Ability to manage large datasets and optimize data models
- Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn new technologies and skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to write clear documentation, including code comments and user manuals
- Willingness to obtain Salesforce certifications to advance technical expertise
- Ability to travel to our Atlanta, GA office a few times per year for in-person meetings
Responsibilities
- Support Development Efforts: Learn and contribute to customizations and enhancements on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
- User Interface Design: Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces through thoughtful UI/UX design and wireframing, ensuring optimal user experience
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective solutions
- Platform Optimization: Continuously improve existing Salesforce solutions to maximize performance and business impact
- Assist with Designing and Building Scalable Solutions: Work with the team to develop high-quality Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs
