Requirements
- Proven Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I / Developer II / Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- In-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience developing and maintaining supporting test classes, Triggers, and configuring Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, and Validation Rules
- Experience integrating with AWS, especially via AWS Lambdas
- Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform using declarative platform tools
- Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
- Proactive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the client and deliver on project goals Experience working with large data sets and bulkification
- Experience in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, and version control software like GIT, Jenkins, etc
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and how to integrate Apps via the Appexchange platform
- Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written
- Understanding of Salesforce UX and UI design principles
- Good experience with SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language
Responsibilities
- Responsible for configuration, design, functionality, and technical end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform
- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc., within Salesforce.com
- Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security)
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
- Manage data imports and syncing with other parts of our stack via NodeJS and AWS Lambda
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritize, design, and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
- Conduct periodic code refactoring to maintain high-quality code standards and adhere to best practices
- Play a technical role in evaluating new CRM technologies/add-ons and develop plans for their implementation into a Salesforce org
- Integrate applications with Salesforce leveraging SOAP/REST-based solutions
