Requirements

  • Possess Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I qualifications (Platform Developer II is a plus) or demonstrable real world experience
  • Have advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), including lifecycle hooks, LDS, and complex form handling
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript
  • Possess knowledge of external integrations (e.g. connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment, with frequent release cycles and platforms like JIRA or Linear
  • Possess a strategic mindset with a track record of designing and delivering impactful, scalable solutions
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Show interest in exploring AI and automation technologies to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design scalable, automated solutions within our Salesforce environment
  • Develop and maintain both declarative and programmatic solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex
  • Work on complex integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services
  • Support junior team members, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
  • Partner closely with Designers and Product Managers to translate user insights and business requirements into impactful technical solutions
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimise system performance and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Marketing Cloud experience
  • Possess Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification
  • Have experience with AI models within Salesforce or other platforms
  • Possess knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g. Git, Gearset, Copado, or similar)
