This permanent, hybrid/remote position in Jacksonville offers the chance to work on a modernization program for leading financial institutions. You will leverage your SFMC expertise to deliver successful projects, manage campaigns, and handle data effectively. Technical proficiency in HTML, SQL, AMPscript, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools and integration with external systems is also required. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and Agile/Scrum collaboration experience.

Requirements

• Possess hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Hold strong skills in data analytics, cleansing, and segmentation to support targeted marketing efforts
• Be proficient in HTML, SQL, and AMPscript for building dynamic and personalized marketing content
• Demonstrate proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling
• Have experience with custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Possess a valid working permit for the US

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using both declarative and programmatic approaches
• Build dynamic and personalized marketing content using HTML, SQL, and AMPscript
• Gather and translate requirements from stakeholders into actionable technical solutions
• Perform end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
• Support targeted marketing efforts through data analytics, cleansing, and segmentation
• Utilize CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins), unit testing, and TDD
• Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Employ deployment tools like Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and ANT
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum team

Preferred Qualifications

• Obtain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (preferred)
• Hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred)
• Have experience in the financial services or payments industry (preferred)
• Possess full lifecycle development experience (preferred)
