Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Summary

Shift4 is expanding globally and seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage their CI/CD pipeline and ensure efficient Salesforce deployments. The role requires experience with GitLab, Gearset, and Salesforce administration, and is hybrid or onsite based in Las Vegas, NV / Center Valley, PA / Tampa, FL or Morrisville, NC.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in enterprise level release management with a focus on Salesforce
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab and Gearset, branching and merging strategies & resolving conflicts
• Strong background in Salesforce administration and deployment processes

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage deployments between code repository & Salesforce environments
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Gearset and GitLab
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth release processes
• Build consolidated release logs and communicate out to stakeholders
• Set up and maintain development, testing, and staging Salesforce environments
