Salesforce Engineer

Summary

The job involves working as a Salesforce Engineer remotely for a 6+ month contract. The candidate should have strong background in CRM, CLM & CPQ business processes and demonstrate mature communication skills. They are expected to develop Apex Classes, Controller Classes, and Apex Triggers, create data migration and integration using Apex Data Loader, deploy Apex using Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool and Web Services API, refine sales and service processes, and have an in-depth understanding of Salesforce CPQ application and business processes. The candidate should also possess advanced skills with SFDC toolkit, including Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, Javascript, LWC, Aura), Salesforce APIs (including XML, JSON, Postman). They must be self-directed, able to work with remote teams, adapt to change, and enjoy rapid development.

Requirements

• The individual must have a strong background in CRM, CLM & CPQ business processes and be able to demonstrate mature communication
• Developed Apex Classes, Controller Classes and Apex Triggers for various functional needs in the application
• Created data migration and integration using Apex Data Loader
• Deployed Apex using Force.com IDE Force.com Migration Tool and Web Services API
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CPQ application coupled with a good understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and Field Service)
• Advanced understanding with SFDC took kit including Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, Javascript, LWC, Aura), Salesforce APIs (including XML, JSON, Postman)
• Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, security setup, views, and page layouts)

Responsibilities

Refine sales and Service process, pipeline, and revenue growth through effective implementation or Saleforce.com Sales Cloud, service Cloud and industry leading CPQ tools
