Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, and push notifications
- Expertise in AMPScript and JavaScript for creating dynamic content and personalizing customer communications
- Proven experience with SFMC tools such as Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, and Dynamic Content Areas
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL, including the ability to create and maintain Data Extensions and leverage automation tools for data imports and transformations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and solution delivery
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of complex email, SMS, and push notification campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tools
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to define campaign parameters and objectives, and translate them into actionable technical solutions
- Design and implement automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and other sophisticated SFMC capabilities to deliver highly personalized customer experiences
- Leverage AMPScript and JavaScript to create dynamic and personalized content, ensuring compatibility and compliance with email standards
- Build and maintain complex journeys in Journey Builder, leveraging Data Extensions, Lists, and Salesforce Data to trigger actions and decisions within campaigns
- Develop and optimize automation for file/data import, audience segmentation, and journey kick-offs using SQL, Automation Studio, and SFTP connectors
- Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud production issues
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle
- Continuously optimize and improve the customer experience based on data-driven insights and feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Einstein integration and advanced AI features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with mobile app push notification implementation (iOS/Android)
- A background in developing highly personalized customer journeys leveraging data-driven segmentation and automation
