Summary
Join OWT, a Swisscom subsidiary, as a Salesforce Architect specializing in Marketing Cloud Engagement, Pardot, and Data Cloud. Lead the design of Salesforce architectures aligned with client business objectives. Guide clients through Marketing Cloud Growth migrations, providing functional, technical, and strategic expertise. Ensure expert data integration between Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems. Translate marketing and business needs into architectures leveraging Salesforce's capabilities. Collaborate with business, IT, and partner teams to ensure successful multi-cloud projects. Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices and actively participate in technological advancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 7 years or more of experience on Salesforce architecture projects, with proven specialization in Marketing Cloud Engagement and Pardot
- You have already designed and implemented solutions involving Data Cloud, and you master the challenges related to governance, segmentation, and activation of customer data
- You are comfortable in complex, multi-cloud environments, and you know how to lead technical and functional teams
- You have experience migrating to Marketing Cloud Growth or are able to support its strategy
- You understand integration logic (API, MuleSoft, ETL) and Salesforce data models
- You hold several Salesforce certifications, ideally including: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Data Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Application or System Architect
- You are fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level). German is an asset
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of Salesforce architectures centered on Marketing Cloud Engagement, Pardot, and Data Cloud, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives
- Support clients in their migration projects to Marketing Cloud Growth, providing functional, technical, and strategic expertise
- Ensure expert integration of data between Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems via MuleSoft or other middleware solutions
- Translate marketing and business needs into architectures, leveraging Salesforce's segmentation, personalization, automation, and predictive intelligence capabilities
- Collaborate closely with business, IT, and partner teams to ensure the success of Multi-Cloud projects, with a strong emphasis on activating customer data within personalized journeys
- Ensure the adoption of Salesforce best practices (dev, CI/CD, data governance, security), and actively participate in technological monitoring around the Salesforce ecosystem
