Summary

Join Brillio, a rapidly growing digital technology services provider, as a Salesforce Project Manager! This remote position (US/Canada) requires full-time commitment and is not open to visa sponsorship. You will lead and manage cross-functional Salesforce programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, governance and reporting, team coordination, risk management, budget planning, agile execution, and change management. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of program/project management experience, including at least 3 years managing Salesforce programs. A strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and experience with large-scale CRM/CPQ rollouts are essential.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce programs
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ.)
  • Experience leading large-scale, global CRM, CPQ rollouts or digital transformation programs
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional Salesforce programs from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define program goals, scope, and priorities
  • Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders
  • Coordinate efforts across project managers, Salesforce developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify risks and dependencies early; proactively develop mitigation plans
  • Manage program budgets, resource planning, and forecasting
  • Drive Agile best practices across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives
  • Oversee user adoption strategies and training for new Salesforce capabilities across regions

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications (ADM 201, PMP, or similar) preferred
  • Background in industries such as manufacturing or logistics
