Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce QA experience with 2+ years in a QA lead role
  • Minimum 2+ years of End-to-End Software Project Implementation experience, leading at least 3 complex large-scale project implementations
  • Expert understanding of SDLC and Agile best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in test case development, design review, test case review, and ensuring high standards of software development testing
  • Experience with the latest QA tools, best practices, and methods for different project phases
  • Proficiency in automation testing and hands-on coding for automation
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks, Python, Selenium, Visual Studio Code, and pytest framework
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements, develop test strategies and plans, and build and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Track defects and report results, ensuring the highest quality standards in software development testing
  • Mentor and manage QA team members, emphasizing the development of test cases through effective collaboration with product, development, and cross-platform teams
  • Collaborate with onsite technical, product, and project leads to provide status updates and coordinate applicable tasks
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile best practices throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, best practices, and QA methods to continuously improve the QA process
  • Lead the QA efforts in large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions
