Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Proven success managing and delivering on multiple, cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Solid knowledge in website analytics tools (GA4)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and optimizing digital campaigns, marketing automation/email platforms, and analytics
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Pardot, Account Engagement, Asana, etc

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment and understanding of digital marketing tactics with the organization’s broader digital efforts (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing)
  • Develop and optimize marketing tools and technology, marketing program operations (webinars, website, online advertising, field marketing, ABM programs, content syndication, nurture programs, direct marketing), development and optimization of end-to-end program reporting and analytics with focus on pipeline and revenue
  • Tactical oversight of our marketing automation platform, and the interactions with other integrated systems such as SalesForce.com, Pardot, Qualified, Clearbit …external data sources, and more
  • Identify and manage a variety of marketing technology, data, and service vendors
  • Keep a pulse on our tech stack holistically to ensure we are using best practices, avoiding duplicative tools, and data is remaining accurate and up-to-date
  • Improve any processes as it relates to our tech stack
  • Design, build, maintain marketing performance reporting providing meaningful insights
  • Partner with marketing to suggest key areas for improvement
  • Oversee the lead flow of all market programs, and coordinate handoff to sales
  • Ensure data is syncing seamlessly across platforms (salesforce, pardot etc.) for accurate reporting
  • Manage lead segmentation and targeting, email deliverability, data hygiene and cleanup
  • Segment and use the marketing database for greater campaign effectiveness
  • Develop measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program or campaign
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other essential marketing ops functions
  • Establish and create best practices as it relates to data flowing through systems and to the sales team, marketing campaigns, lead scoring and prioritization, data integrity, and more
  • Work with Digital team to plan and execute conversion optimization strategies
  • Manage tech stack budget, track ROI, and optimize investments for maximum impact
  • Partner with Events Manager to align strategy and track event impact
