Salesforce Solution Architect

Summary

Join Bloomerang as a Salesforce Solution Architect and take ownership of all Salesforce requests, including change management and governance. You will collaborate with internal partners to enhance processes, create roadmaps, manage DevOps, and maintain system health. This fully remote position requires a Salesforce Administrator certification, 7+ years of experience, and a strong understanding of solution design. Bloomerang offers a competitive compensation package, including generous health insurance, PTO, 401k matching, and paid parental leave. The salary range is $104,000-$156,000, and a discretionary bonus may be available.

Requirements

• Active Salesforce Administrator certification and 7+ years experience as an administrator
• Understand solution design and its considerations, including concepts in the Salesforce architect domain and Flow design
• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Support stakeholders, including a high-level understanding of relevant best practices in each area
• Experience managing complex deployments
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation and organization skills as routine part of project work

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complex Salesforce org that uses Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ
• Collaborate with internal business partners to simplify and enhance processes
• Create a roadmap and define priorities
• Manage the Salesforce DevOps process
• Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and system health checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ administration and Advanced Approvals
• Experience with Knowledge Articles and Experience Cloud
• Additional certifications such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or CPQ
