Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that harness AI while adhering to Salesforce best practices. This role requires proven experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations, hands-on development experience, and a deep understanding of AI tools and their integration into Salesforce. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling features on existing Expedite commerce products, ensuring seamless integration with core Salesforce architecture. The position offers a fully remote work opportunity, paid professional training and certifications, and a strong onboarding program.

Requirements

• Lead large-scale Salesforce implementations with multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or CPQ)
• Understand complex data modeling, security, and integration requirements
• Have 5+ years of experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or using Node/Python in Salesforce Functions
• Be able to debug, optimize, and deliver high-performance solutions that scale
• Be familiar with Salesforce platform events, Batch process, Callouts etc
• Have experience in designing integrations architecture with Payment Gateways, AvaTax, ERP System etc
• Have good knowledge and experience in using design patterns like Singleton, Factory Pattern etc
• Have experience incorporating AI tools into Salesforce solutions
• Understand how to evaluate AI use cases, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale features on existing Expedite commerce CPQ, eCommerce and Billing Products
• Ensure AI capabilities like Agentforce and predictive analytics integrate seamlessly with core Salesforce architecture
• Partner with cross-functional teams—Admins, Developers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers—to implement solutions
• Craft architectures that unify data, teams, and processes
• Use Chat GPT, Cursor AI and other AI tools capabilities to automate manual tasks, improve data-driven decision making, and create more personalized experiences
• Maintain governance, data integrity, and user adoption
• Influence how Salesforce is perceived and utilized across the organization
