Summary
Join Velocity Global as a Salesforce Specialist to architect and implement complex AI-integrated solutions. Based remotely in Colombia, you will design and implement AI-enhanced automation solutions using various tools, build cross-platform integrations, and maintain technical documentation. This role requires 3+ years of Salesforce experience, proficiency in building complex workflows, and experience integrating AI/LLM services. Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications are required. You will lead technical solution design sessions, manage API integrations, and drive technical best practices. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in global organizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Proven experience building complex workflows with Make.com , Zapier, or N8N
- Experience integrating AI/LLM services (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into business workflows
- Experience working with Sales Apps - ZoomInfo, Outreach, LI Navigator
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JavaScript, and integration concepts
- Experience with Flow Builder and process automation tools
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator (required), Platform App Builder (required)
- Ability to work in EST/EDT time zone hours
- Experience working in global, distributed teams
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-enhanced automation solutions using Flow Builder, Make.com , Zapier, and N8N
- Architect workflows incorporating LLMs (like OpenAI's GPT models) and AI services into business processes
- Build and maintain cross-platform integrations and intelligent workflows using RESTful APIs
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations
- Lead technical solution design sessions with stakeholders
- Manage API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain complex validation rules, formula fields, and flows
- Drive technical best practices and innovation across the platform
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Apex concepts
- Experience with Lightning Web Components
- Understanding of DevOps practices and release management
- Experience working with US-based stakeholders
