Salesforce Technical Team Lead

Summary

OffSec is seeking a Salesforce Technical Team Lead to design a world-class Salesforce environment for their SaaS business. Requirements

• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud including CPQ, Einstein Activity Capture, PRM, and custom and big objects
• Minimum of 4 years administering SaaS subscription businesses that leverage CPQ
• Extensive development experience using SoQL, Apex, Batch Apex, Aura, LWC and VisualForce
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio Code, Git Repository and CI/CD development
• Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce REST API, and BULK API 2.0
• Experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills - must be able to deliver workshops and strategize at a C level

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected customized solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions
• Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
• Problem solve high-level software and application issues
• Design, code and implement API-based integrations with their home-grown LMS platform
