Sap Abap Senior Developer

Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, as an ABAP Developer! This role, based in Germany (or remotely), involves developing and supporting customer-specific ABAP applications. You'll collaborate with a German team and occasionally with international colleagues, working on both front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities include implementing, extending, and migrating ABAP applications, supporting S/4HANA projects, and providing technical consulting. The ideal candidate possesses solid ABAP and ABAP OO experience, along with experience in forms development and S/4HANA projects. Fluency in German and English is required.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the design and implementation of ABAP and ABAP OO
• Experience in development with forms (especially with Adobe Forms and Smart Forms)
• Initial experience with S/4HANA projects and ABAP on HANA
• Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher)

Responsibilities

• Realize customer specific requirements in projects and support
• Develop applications in the front and/or back end
• Work independently as well as in a team on solutions for our customers on-site and remotely
• Implement, extend, migrate and document various ABAP applications and forms (especially with Adobe Forms and Smart Forms)
• Accompany S/4HANA projects in all phases of software development (conception, realization, test, support, aftercare)
• Work on various types of S/4HANA projects (greenfield, brownfield, roll-outs)
• Take over 2nd and 3rd level support for our existing customers in the area of development services
• Offer technical consulting for development-specific SAP topics
