Sap Cloud Senior Project Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Possess many years of professional experience as a project manager, demonstrating an analytical mindset and the ability to clearly present complex concepts tailored to the target audience
• Have in-depth experience with classical and agile project management methods (preferably hybrid approaches)
• Be experienced with the SAP Activate methodology
• Have well-founded presales experience and a confident demeanor when engaging with customers
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to present information in a stakeholder-oriented manner
• Have the ability to simplify complex situations into easily understandable content
• Have the ability to inspire and motivate team members, guiding them to ensure the successful achievement of project goals
• Possess business-fluent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level)

Responsibilities

• Successfully prepare and realize SAP projects in the SAP Cloud unit
• Plan projects regarding time, capacity, and budget, conducting regular planning iterations
• Manage the entire project course with all involved project teams across all phases
• Ensure project results meet expectations regarding time, quality, and costs
• Steer daily project work, clarify customer requirements, and translate them into SAP processes
• Prepare and conduct workshops at management level
• Handle presales activities and establish and maintain customer relationships
