Summary

Join Nagarro's global SAP business unit as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP HCM, focusing on Payroll Germany (PY-DE). You will be involved in all project phases, from analysis and design to implementation and rollout. Responsibilities include analyzing customer situations, creating process documents, and realizing customer requirements within the SAP HCM system. You will also contribute to project management in smaller teams. This role requires a completed university degree, several years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of SAP HCM, payroll processes, and German labor law. Requirements

• Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
• Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law
• Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics
• Experience with project management and consulting methods
• Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence
• Business fluent German and fluent English
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance

Responsibilities

• Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
• Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions and blueprints
• System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting)
• Support in all project phases - conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM
• As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers
