SAP HCM Consultant

Summary

Join our team as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to work on customer projects in Payroll Germany, analyze customer situations, create process documents, and support project phases. As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams.

Requirements

• Completed university studies
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
• Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law
• Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics
• Experience with project management and consulting methods
• Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence
• Business fluent German and fluent English
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the customer situation
• Creation of process documents
• Conceptions and blueprints
• System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting)
• Support in all project phases - conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM
