Summary
Join Nagarro, a leading German IT full-service provider, as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant! This role, based at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany, focuses on customer projects involving SAP HCM on-premise components, particularly Payroll Germany (PY-DE). You will analyze client situations, create process documents and blueprints, and implement customer requirements. You'll support all project phases and, as a Senior Consultant, lead smaller teams. Requirements
- Completed university degree and several years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
- Experience with collective bargaining agreements and knowledge of tax and social security law
- Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics
- Experience in project management and consulting methods
- Self-motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Solution- and process-oriented thinking as well as high methodological competence
- Negotiable German and fluent English
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance
Responsibilities
- Analyze client situations
- Create process documents, concepts, and blueprints
- Implement customer requirements (including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting)
- Support all project phases - conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll-out of SAP HCM
- Lead smaller teams on-site at our clients (as Senior Consultant)
