SAP HCM Senior Consultant

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Consultant and take on the challenge of leading customer projects in SAP HCM. With a focus on Payroll Germany, you'll analyze client situations, create process documents, and implement system solutions. As a senior consultant, you'll also lead smaller teams at customer sites.

Requirements

• Completed university degree
• More than 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their representation in SAP HCM (PY)
• Experience with tariff regulations and knowledge of tax and social security law
• Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemata, cycles, and features
• Experience in project management and consulting methods
• Self-motivation, persuasion skills, and assertiveness
• Solution- and process-oriented thinking as well as high methodological competence
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Communication and team skills, as well as a convincing appearance

Responsibilities

• Analyze client situations
• Create process documents and concepts
• Implement system solutions for SAP HCM, including customizing, schemata, and cycles in payroll processing
• Support all project phases, from conception to rollout
• Lead smaller teams at customer sites as a senior consultant
