Join Patreon as a Scaled Creator Programs Lead and develop, execute, and manage scaled programs to drive engagement, adoption, and growth among Patreon creators. You will design and manage high-impact programs to help creators succeed. This role involves working cross-functionally, acting as a strategic operator, creator-facing coach, and program builder. You will represent scaled creators internally, providing insights to shape future strategy and product development. The ideal candidate has experience running creator-facing programs, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is highly organized. This role is based in New York, San Francisco, or remotely.

Requirements

• Experience running customer or creator-facing programs from concept to execution—ideally in a creator-first or media company environment
• Be energized by working with creators and be confident in external-facing work like growth consultations, webinars, or speaking engagements
• Thrive in fast-moving environments where you’re constantly shifting between program design, execution, and creator communication
• Be highly organized, with a track record of building and managing systems and comfort in various CRMs
• Know how to identify meaningful creator signals and translate them into insights for cross-functional teams
• Be a proactive operator with strong judgment and bias for action—comfortable wearing multiple hats and juggling multiple programs at once
• Bring a strategic lens to your work, but not be afraid to get in the weeds and drive execution yourself

• Develop and execute scaled programs to drive engagement, adoption, and growth across a broad segment of Patreon’s creators
• Host webinars, accelerators and creator spotlight sessions
• Manage our scaled inbox
• Develop thought leadership initiatives
• Run one-off growth consultations
• Design, test, and manage high-impact, net-new programs
• Help creators succeed on Patreon
• Act as a strategic operator, a creator-facing coach, and a program builder
• Shift between systems work and the day-to-day of creator management
• Represent scaled creators internally
• Surface actionable insights to Product, Marketing, and other internal teams
• Help shape future strategy, product development, and go-to-market approaches
