Summary

Join Hazel Health, a leading virtual provider of school-based healthcare, as a School Implementation Manager - Training. You will be responsible for the successful end-user training of the Hazel Health telehealth solution in schools nationwide. Working closely with various teams, you will deliver training via in-person and virtual modes, ensuring timely completion and customer success. You will also identify and address barriers to engagement, contribute to the development of training materials, and maintain accurate training records. This remote position requires strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the K-12 ecosystem. Requirements

  • Required past experience in public K-12 education as a student supports/services professional (ex: school counselor, school social worker, health services)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an organizational development or professional learning/learning and development role in educational settings such as schools or educational organizations
  • Interest or experience in interdisciplinary collaboration between education and healthcare sectors
  • Proven track record for meeting or exceeding business objectives and goals
  • Google Workspace, web video conferencing and Learning Management System proficiency
  • Expected travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Delivers assigned training curricula aligned with organizational strategy and business needs to a wide audience of school leadership, administrators, educators, counselors, support staff, and parents/guardians
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements enhancements to current training programs based on data, feedback and innovation
  • Partner with district and school-level stakeholders to assess training readiness, engagement gaps, and support needs before, during, and after launch
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up with school users to drive adoption, build trust, and ensure all staff feel confident using Hazel
  • Proactively identify common barriers to engagement (e.g. confusion about referrals, consent, or login access) and respond with targeted support or resources
  • Use data and school-level context to prioritize outreach and intervention, in partnership with internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of scalable training materials (e.g. microlearnings, job aids, Pendo guides) and help test and evolve new training formats
  • Maintain accurate records of training progress, contact attempts, and school readiness in Gainsight and other systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to advocate for school needs and share trends in engagement, feedback, and barriers

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills β€” able to build trust, speak to diverse audiences, and adapt messaging to meet partners where they are
  • Strong facilitation skills, with comfort leading both virtual and in-person sessions for a range of school-based staff
  • Confident relationship-builder and problem-solver, with a proactive approach to removing barriers and driving adoption
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 ecosystem, including school workflows, staffing roles, and typical implementation hurdles
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping goals and partner experience top of mind
  • Self-reflective and committed to ongoing growth and improvement
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow-up with dozens of school sites, and track progress across systems
  • Self-reflective, adaptable, and open to feedback with a growth mindset
  • Gainsight proficiency a plus
  • Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
