Summary

Join BryceTech as a Program Manager to support the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). You will serve as the Scientific and Technical Information (STI) manager, working directly with the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO). Responsibilities include managing STI production and distribution, establishing compliance policies and procedures, curating and organizing STI information, and developing digital communication tools. You will also communicate and train teams on STI processes, evaluate management practices, and support drafting government regulations. The role requires managing STI databases, ensuring proper documentation and transmission of information, and creating quality control processes. You will also provide program performance reports and analyses.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field
  • Secret required, TS with SCI eligibility preferred
  • Proven experience in government or military security management
  • Strong familiarity ย with security guidance around ITAR, export and import of data, and associated forms
  • Strong understanding of AFRL, DoD, and other government security guidance and compliance requirements
  • Strong understand of STI policies and requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage information and implement mitigation strategies in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure the compliance and security of the organization initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communications with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production and distribution of scientific and technical information created or used by the organization or other government users to ensure compliance with organizational policies
  • Establish policies and procedures to ensure STI information is compliant with organizational policy and requirements
  • Curate, organize, and manage scientific and technical information
  • Develop and maintain digital communication tools to help provide information, training, templates on how to handle STI
  • Communicate and train across teams on STI processes and requirements
  • Evaluates management practices and implements process improvement strategies
  • Support drafting DoD, USAF, or other government organization regulations, procedures, supplements, etc
  • Manages STI databases and disseminates technical information through the appropriate channels
  • Establishes procedures to ensure technical information is properly documented and transmitted to the Defense Technical Information Center in a timely manner
  • Creates quality control processes to sure STI information is accurate, contain appropriate markings, and are approved for distribution
  • Provide program performance reports and analyses as requested
  • Continue to improve on processes based on user-feedback and industry trends
