Summary

Join Centric Software as a Cloud Cyber Security Specialist and safeguard our digital assets across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments. Design, implement, and manage security solutions, conduct regular security assessments, and respond to security incidents. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Proven experience 7+ as a Cybersecurity Specialist or a similar role with a focus on AWS, GCP and Azure security
  • Experience in designing and implementing security solutions in complex cloud environments
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001, etc
  • Hands-on experience with security assessment tools, SIEM solutions, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • A passion for staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage security solutions in both AWS and Azure cloud environments
  • Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and address potential weaknesses
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing necessary remediation measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the development and deployment processes
  • Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection requirements
  • Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance the security posture of our cloud infrastructure
  • Provide cybersecurity training and awareness sessions to employees and stakeholders
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors for security assessments and audits
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries regarding the security aspects of our cloud services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer) will be a plus
  • The preferred candidate will have experience with Exabeam, Crowdstrike EDR and common cloud provider security solutions

Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $150,000 plus variable
