Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a field related to Science, Technology, or Mathematics
  • Have basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
  • Be experienced with using various IT systems, in particular Microsoft 365 applications
  • Have a basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations
  • Demonstrate a strong command of English
  • Possess strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable communicating and working through digital platforms
  • Be able to work remotely and connect effectively with team members

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate regional company materials to ensure scientific accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee scientific document repositories and reference libraries in the company's electronic review platform
  • Assist in managing complex projects, ensuring adherence to company processes and best practices
  • Provide agile support to the EMEA Scientific Knowledge Management (SKM) team members and leadership
  • Conduct analyses within Janssen dashboards and deliver regular and on-demand metric reports
  • Collaborate with SKM leadership, IT, and other functions to enhance digital platforms, streamline processes, and manage scientific content

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in roles such as Medical Advisor, Regulatory Affairs, or in material review and approvals
