Summary

Join our team as an SAP Scrum Master to facilitate Agile teams in delivering high-paced SAP projects with tight deadlines. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and SAP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development, preferably in SAP projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Agile projects and delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preffered
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve impediments and continuously improve Agile processes
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards high performance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Technical knowledge and previous experience in software development or related technical fields
  • Understanding of product standards and quality assurance processes is a plus
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for SAP development teams, guiding them in the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure the team follows Agile processes and practices to deliver high-quality products
  • Coordinate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-defined and prioritized
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve impediments, and ensure timely delivery of sprints
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders
  • Implement metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Agile processes, sprint plans, and retrospectives
  • Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and other key metrics, providing visibility into the team's performance
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment within the development team, encouraging effective communication and teamwork
  • Identify and facilitate the resolution of any impediments or issues that may impact the team's ability to deliver high-quality products within the sprint
