Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, including a Scrum Master and SAFe certification
  • Experience with implementing SAFe in medium to large companies
  • 7+ years of hands-on IT project management experience with a complete understanding of the development lifecycle
  • 7+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; must provide examples if chosen for an interview
  • Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile/SAFe events and team meetings
  • Must have experience in clinical project management and/or healthcare IT systems
  • Experience writing lean business cases, requirements documents, Epics, User Stories, feature canvases, and feature specifications
  • Able to define metrics that measure the value of solutions delivered
  • Ensure all documentation complies with project management standards used by the client
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to communicate directly with clients and provide program activities
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective
  • Must have experience with: Jira as a user and owner of a project, the ability to modify workflows and create custom reports using Jira is a plus
  • Expert user of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint site creation and SharePoint lists, MS forms, workflows, and MS Teams

Responsibilities

  • Prepare lean business cases, feature canvases, feature specifications, and feature performance dashboards
  • Provide guidance and recommendations in transitioning to SAFe methodology to deliver Integrated Healthcare solutions
  • Serve as a scrum master on the Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Define and deliver metrics for the ART performance
  • Assist agile teams in understanding SAFe and Agile methodology, processes, artifacts, and ceremonies
  • Prepare management reports and presentations
  • Prepare standard project documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, define requirements and scope documents, and define roles and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other project leads to ensure resources are fully utilized
