Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• To have a solid understanding of state of the art software development
• To be in contact with others, you are strong in communication and have good moderation and coaching skills
• You are solution-oriented, you organize yourself and you are always ready to find new and creative approaches

Responsibilities

• Coach your team and lead them in the consistent application and improvement of agile methods
• Moderate scrum meetings and workshops inside and outside the agile teams
• Help to create interfaces to other teams in order to exploit cross-team synergies and thus increase the speed of product development
• Support your teams by recognising and removing obstacles early on
• As a Scrum Master you live and breathe agile principles
• Accompany our cross-functional working teams on their way - in some cases also in setting up or implementing agile processes
