Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Scrum Masters in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Monitor and report on team progress, helping to identify and remove impediments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team
• Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint backlogs and task boards
• Support the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an asset
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
