Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling job postings for sales roles and meticulously screen resumes to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further discussions
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities, while ensuring a positive experience for all applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract extraordinary talent, with a focus on recent university graduates and skilled sales professionals
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to refine the hiring process, set clear goals and timelines to fulfill staffing requirements, and utilize social media and professional networks to broaden outreach
  • Partner with university career services to connect with fresh graduate talent pools
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates using diverse sourcing channels, including attending job fairs and industry conferences for networking
  • Collaborate with sales managers to discern team dynamics and specific recruitment needs
  • Define role requirements and competencies in coordination with department heads
  • Align recruitment strategies with company policies and culture by working closely with HR
  • Engage with senior management to anticipate hiring needs and formulate long-term recruitment plans
  • Negotiate salary and compensation packages with candidates, clearly communicating the benefits and perks of joining the company
