Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
- Experience with inbound and outbound pipeline generation
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop talent
- Highly data driven individuals, you are constantly optimizing activities and outputs
- Proven track record in a fast paced startup environment, ideally supporting a vertical SaaS product
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for SDR program including: pipeline goals, hiring, specialized motions, campaign planning, rep enablement and stakeholder operating cadence
- Build and refine a predictable outbound sales development motion that spans the entire customer journey
- Allocate team resources against various company initiatives and experiments
- Hire, coach and develop both experienced managers and early stage sales professionals
- Review and take action against critical conversion metrics throughout our sales funnel
- Create a high performance talent pipeline where top SDRs become top AEs
