Requirements

  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop talent
  • Highly data driven individuals, you are constantly optimizing activities and outputs
  • Proven track record in a fast paced startup environment, ideally supporting a vertical SaaS product

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for SDR program including: pipeline goals, hiring, specialized motions, campaign planning, rep enablement and stakeholder operating cadence
  • Build and refine a predictable outbound sales development motion that spans the entire customer journey
  • Allocate team resources against various company initiatives and experiments
  • Hire, coach and develop both experienced managers and early stage sales professionals
  • Review and take action against critical conversion metrics throughout our sales funnel
  • Create a high performance talent pipeline where top SDRs become top AEs
