Seasonal Intake Specialist

Summary

Join Sword Health as a Seasonal Intake Specialist (Doctor of Physical Therapy) and be the first point of contact for new members, guiding them through the program onboarding process. This remote, part-time role (10-25 hours/week) involves conducting video/audio consultations, addressing member questions, processing information via the Sword Portal, and creating handoff notes for treatment PTs. The position is guaranteed for at least 3 months, with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high member satisfaction and setting the stage for program success. This is a seasonal position with a flexible schedule and no weekend work. The role focuses on intake and onboarding, not longitudinal treatment or treatment plan creation.

Requirements

• Must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders (Sports background is a plus!)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage members
• Creative thinking and adaptability to a hands-off, remote approach
• Hard-working and capable of managing the pressures of a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, prescribed between 10 and 25 hours per week, with the expectation that the hours prescribed are the hours worked
• Minimal to no hours are available to be worked on the weekends

Responsibilities

• Conduct Onboarding video & audio consultations with members at the beginning of their program
• Address any high-level questions a member may have on the program and create the foundations for long lasting behavioral change
• Work through the Sword Portal to process information shared by the member to build a brief for the treatment PT
• Create handoff notes for the treatment PT to correctly follow the member
• Ensure high levels of member satisfaction from the start, setting the stage for continued program participation and success

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders (Sports background is a plus!)
