- Skill Assessment: Utilize expert questioning techniques to assess a candidate's technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit within our organization
- Candidate Evaluation: Analyze interview data, including past performance, skills demonstrations, and cultural alignment, to provide a well-rounded assessment of the candidate's potential
- Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and first-level interviewers to share insights and contribute to informed hiring decisions
- Candidate Feedback (Optional): Deliver constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates to enhance their future job search endeavors
