This role requires proven experience in IT operations, proficiency in Linux administration and scripting, and extensive experience with Axway products. Requirements

• Proven experiencein IT operations and a good understanding of data transfer methods – SFTP, PESIT, etc
• Proficient in Linux administration and scripting, comfortable working with APIs, particularly Secure Transport APIs
• 5 or more years of experience working with Axway products such as Secure Transport, CFT, Sentinel

Responsibilities

• Write interface specifications and requirement documents
• Configure on-premise tools according to defined specifications
• Prepare, implement and maintain Secure Transport configurations in compliance with partner’s standards and protocols
• Provide L2/L3 support
• Deploy and ensure operational maintenance of the Secure Transport platform
• Act as internal expert and reference point for the Secure Transport solution
• Participate in technical estimation efforts
• Provide guidance on alerts and metrics
• Ensure knowledge transfer and procure vendor’s best practices to internal teams
• Assist internal teams with adoption and usage of the tool
