Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on delivering services to external clients
- Expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Security Center, and Azure Lighthouse
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, Cybersecurity Architect Expert or other relevant credentials
- Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar client-focused environment
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant management and automation within Microsoft environments
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute security strategies tailored to client needs using Microsoft technologies
- Act as the primary advisor for clients on security best practices, compliance, and regulatory standards within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Provide security assessments and recommend enhancements leveraging Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Security tools
- Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, and Cloud across client environments
- Oversee the deployment and management of Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) for client threat detection and response
- Automate security event responses using Microsoft Playbooks and Logic Apps to improve client incident handling efficiency
- Lead and manage incident response processes for client security breaches, utilizing Microsoft tools
- Conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to improve client resilience
- Provide ongoing threat monitoring, analysis, and resolution in client environments
- Design and implement security architectures for clients based on Azure Security best practices
- Optimize multi-tenant security management using Azure Lighthouse for client infrastructures
- Collaborate with client teams to integrate secure development processes into their work plans
- Train client teams on Microsoft security tools and processes to enhance their operational capabilities
- Deliver workshops and presentations to help clients adopt and maximize Microsoft security solutions
- Conduct security audits and reviews for clients, ensuring alignment with industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001
- Partner with clients to prepare for external security audits and implement remediation plans
