Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ Years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
• 2+ Years of experience working with Sales Cloud
• Advanced English Level

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of the system
• Play a critical role in optimizing business processes and increasing user adoption
• Actively contribute to defining the product roadmap and ensure that it aligns with organizational goals
• Identify areas of improvement and provide valuable input on change requests
• Gather requirements and identify improvements, applying best practices with focus on user experience
• Manage data to improve quality, implementing rules and automations
• Create and customize Reports and Dashboards
• Support and train users
• Use declarative tools to build automation
• Manager users and licenses
• Supervise technical documentation and perform demos
