Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant digital marketing and/or project management experience preferably in a marketing agency
  • Experience at an advertising, marketing or communications agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to forge relationships with cross-discipline internal teams and build rapport with clients
  • Digital marketing acumen
  • Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Conversion Design, Google Analytics and an overarching comprehension of Nonprofit Fundraising
  • Experience in Paid Search, Youtube, Display, SEO & Email marketing

Responsibilities

  • Impactfully supports as an Account Coordinator on 20-30+ client accounts
  • Confidently empowers the Pod with various administrative tasks, deck preparation, and reporting needs, and takes lead on new partner onboarding and offboarding
  • Supports growing customer base by ensuring client tasks, project and delivery needs are met for our highest impact, highest revenue partners - guiding team coordination across multiple channels
  • Successfully utilizes internal systems and processes to efficiently meet deadlines
  • Proven track record ensuring Asana (our project management software) is effectively and consistently utilized for task management
  • Serves as the primary point of communication for Specialists prior to an Account Manager’s involvement as it relates to ad copy deliverables, optimization recommendations, and task execution
  • Steps in as the primary support system and client liaison when an Account Manager is out of office to ensure project timelines and campaign performance stay on track
  • Proven track record in successfully managing low-touch, single to double channel clients as the primary point of contact
  • Supports the mentorship and development of Account Coordinators through shadow sessions, 1:1s and informal communication
  • Serves as the primary A for higher volume select single to double channel partner accounts, per supervisor discretion
