Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant digital marketing and/or project management experience preferably in a marketing agency
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to forge relationships with cross-discipline internal teams and build rapport with clients
- Digital marketing acumen
- Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Conversion Design, Google Analytics and an overarching comprehension of Nonprofit Fundraising
Responsibilities
- Support the Client Service team with various administrative tasks such as new partner onboarding and offboarding, deck preparation, and reporting needs
- Support growing customer base by ensuring client tasks, projects and deadlines are met to empower trusted partnerships and successful campaign results
- Ensure Asana (our project management software) is utilized effectively and consistently for task management; serve as the communication glue between Account Managers and Specialists
- Utilize internal systems and processes to efficiently meet deadlines
- Take the primary internal support lead when an Account Manager is out of office, and loop in the relevant senior team for client communications and troubleshooting as needed
- Co-assist with other Account Managers per supervisor discretion to provide exposure and practice with real-time client communications and data analysis
- Serve as the primary point of contact for select single to double channel partner accounts, per supervisor discretion
- Assist the Account Managers on various client related tasks and needs, including but not limited to: project/task management, internal organization, weekly account checks, reporting, meeting preparation and follow-up
