This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, attracting new clients, and building relationships with consultants and potential clients. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with C-level executives, creating partnership strategies, handling contract negotiations, and clearly articulating the value of Scaler's solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and partnership experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the ESG and/or real estate sectors. Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of full-time experience in end-to-end sales and/or partnerships
- Experience leading conversations with executive-level external partners
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, real estate, infrastructure, business, economics, or sustainable finance
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within client organizations
- Create and implement partnership strategies to achieve quarterly growth goals
- Handle contract negotiations and build strong working relationships with partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties
- Clearly articulate the value of Scaler's solutions to prospects, using creativity to differentiate our offerings and leveraging market insights and trends
- Maintain an organized approach, ensuring timely follow-up and attention to both high-level strategy and detailed execution
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate negotiations and challenging partner conversations
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ESG and/or Real Estate sectors is highly preferred
